In such case, Walsons Facility Solutions companies act as Walsons personal data processor or joint controller with Walsons Facility Solutions. we have an internally developed mechanism dedicated to handling data deletion requests. Upon receiving a formal request sent via email by the authorized Customer personnel to privacy@<Name of Organization>.com, we securely and irrevocably erase your data within 30 (thirty) days. Once the request is verified, we initiate the deletion process from databases, servers, and backups. Post-completion, an email notification is sent to the Customer confirming the deletion.
The Walsons Facility Solutions will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
